At Rakuten Kobo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your eReader and accessories; if you are not, you can return your device for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital eBooks and audiobooks are subject to a separate refund policy accessible via your account settings.
Initiate Your Request
Visit the 'My Orders' section of your account or contact Kobo Customer Care to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the delivery date.
Prepare the Package
Place your eReader and any included accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned device, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
